FAQs
Do we allow open flamed candles?
Yes, open flamed candles are permitted, as long as they are in holders and no wax is dripping onto tables and linen.
Can Ceremonies take place on the golf course?
Yes, two of our beautiful ceremony locations are on the Golf Course, both the Lake View & the 10th Fairway are available from 3.30pm for Ceremonies onsite.
When do you have access to the venue for set up?
Access for Reception set up is from 10.00am, and Ceremony set up on the golf course is from 3.00pm on the day
What is the maximum number of guests that can attend a wedding?
Our function room can accommodate up to 168 people for a seated event, and 200 for a cocktail style event.
What is the deposit to lock in a date?
The initial deposit to secure your booking is $2000
Can we BYO food or beverages?
No, the venue provides all food and beverages. The only exception is of course your wedding cake!
What is the latest time a reception can conclude?
11.00pm is the latest time a reception can conclude onsite.
Is there styling included in the package?
We allow you to hire your own specialist florists and styling companies to look after this for you. Or you are welcome to decorate yourselves. Our team will set up your included items for your floor plan with our chairs, tables, linen, glassware & cutlery.
Is there a Wet Weather Back Up location for ceremonies onsite?
Yes, in the event of inclement weather, we will open the bi-fold doors to our beautiful undercover terrace.
Is there a wedding coordinator included?
Jordan & Katie will be your points of contact for your planning journey as you collate all of the details for your wedding. All finalised details are handed over to our onsite experienced wedding management team to deliver your wedding for you on the day.
Can you have children attend weddings at Pacific Dunes Greenhouse?
Yes, absolutely children are more than welcome to attend your wedding at Pacific Dunes Greenhouse. Children’s meals are $12pp and a children’s beverage package is $15pp.
Do you have a list of recommended suppliers?
We have had the opportunity to work with some great wedding suppliers over the years. Below is a link to the list of our current recommendations:
Site information for Suppliers
- Insurances: All Vendors need to hold a public liability certificate & ABN. Please send through these insurances to weddings@pacificdunes.com.au
- Waste Removal: All vendors are required to remove their own rubbish at the completion of the event or following morning as limited bins are available on site.
- Cleaning: Please leave the venue as you find it. Charges may apply if used venue equipment and facilities are not thoroughly cleaned or if venue items are damaged at the conclusion of the event.
- Damages: No items are to be fixed, taped, or glued to any walls, ceilings, floors or equipment in the venue. Any damage is to be reported immediately to Pacific Dunes Greenhouse Staff.
- Bump in/Bump out: Please arrive on site no earlier than your access time (10am unless organised otherwise). The Bump-out is from 10am following. All items are to be removed from the venue no later than 11.00am.
- Parking: Parking is available along the front of the venue and also in the large car park across from the entrance to the venue. Vendors may load into the venue from the entrance drop off zone, however no vehicles are to be parked here for longer than 10 minutes.
- Storage: All items being left behind overnight will be collated on a table in the function room, for you or your vendors to collect between 10.00am-11.00am the following day. These items will not be the responsibility of the wedding venue.
- Point of Contact: The client must allocate a person of contact from their wedding party to liaise with the venue staff on the day.
- Smoking/Vaping: A designated smoking area applies for all guests attending weddings that wish to smoke or vape. This is located outside the Golf Pro Shop, the venue has supplied ash trays in this area.
